Looking at Stars!

For my film, I want to create a two-way perspective story that will come together at a certain point, presumably the climax. I want to use two main actors. I have two that have volunteered already. My brother, Tim will play one of the main characters. I live with him, so obviously I may have more screen time with him because it is easier to capture what I need using him. Tim has a very bubbly personality and is very easy to work with when directing him during a film. So with that being said, I am very excited to begin filming with him.

The other actor I'm planning on using is my boyfriend, Bryce. Yes, I know projects and relationships could be testy, but he was extremely eager to act for my project. The availability for him would be a little harder considering that I have work and I don't live with him like my brother. So, he could have less screen time, but it all depends on the availability of us both. I think because of the connection that both my actors have, it would work great for my film. They alone are great friends, and it could be either a good thing or a bad thing with having them work together, but I am very hopeful that this film will be successful.

I think shooting will take over a multitude of days, maybe not in a row but scattered throughout time. I feel it will be easiest for the actors and I. Though the filming may take a litter longer than I hope, as long as I have enough raw footage I will be satisfied with the process of shooting and the schedule in place. The schedule for shooting will come later in a different post, but I'm thinking that weekends are going to be the easiest- especially on Sundays, filming would work great.
